The oils are intention/affirmation based. IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE IT, IT WILL NOT WORK. You have to have a positive, non-anxious mindset when applying these oils. You say the affirmation that correlates with the oil, believe it and you shall see it come to fruition.

If you ordered a PRE-ORDER, please be patient with us. The dates are always listed in the description. We are working diligently to get your orders shipped. Please email us any questions you may have about your PRE-ORDER we are working to get them out.

Absolutely NO returns or refunds are accepted. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our customer support at support@siahwellness.com. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If the package has been open and used, we cannot exchange it. If you received the wrong product, please take a picture & notify us at support@siahwellness.com immediately so we can correct the mishap. PLEASE DO NOT OPEN THE PRODUCT IF IT IS INCORRECT.

We are NOT responsible for any additional custom fees for all international customers. Please be aware that their may be additional charges when placing a international order.

All intentional elixirs are made to order for quality & freshness. Please allow us 7-10 business days to get your magical goodness to you, we appreciate your patience!

Unfortunately, sometimes the shipping courier is late updating the tracking information, please don't worry! It may take a little time to update!

Don't worry! Please contact the shipping company,We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier.

If you require our cooperation by providing additional or missing information to complete the claim with USPS or any other Shipping Carrier, please reach out to us from our Contact Us Page and specify the information needed.

 

If you would like to exchange an item due to defect or damage at the time of delivery to you, please contact customer service for authorization. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect or damage. If entitled to a replacement item due to defect or damage, we will replace the product, subject to inventory, within a reasonable period of time IF it's indeed our fault. If damaged occurred due to shipping, it is your responsibility to open a claim with the courier to resolve the issue and receive compensation. 

Due to these items being very limited, we do not take returns for refunds or credit. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, you have read the description of the fragrance, and the reviews. Make sure you are completely okay with the notes before purchase.
