Those with nut allergies should avoid products containing sweet almond oil. Cinnamon may cause irritation or sensitivity, particularly on delicate or broken skin.

1. Apply a small amount to the inside of your wrist or elbow
2. Wait 24–48 hours
3. If redness, itching, burning, or irritation occurs — discontinue use immediately
